Hispanic Heritage Month

September 15-October 15 is set aside for us to think about the contributions that Hispanic Americans have made here in the United States. There are famous Hispanics who are/were scientists, politicians, entertainers, artists and more who have contributed to our current culture. We enjoy dances, food and more each day that were directly adopted or adapted to daily life here in the US. Some of our teachers have favorite hispanic dishes and they are sharing them with you.
Read them and decide if your family would like to give them a try. Buen Provecho
